La R\u00e9sistance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quando o mundo fechou em Mar\u00e7o de 2020, deixou \u201cfora da porta\u201d, todos aqueles que se aventuravam no Atl\u00e2ntico.<\/p>\n

Muitos dos portos fecharam e n\u00e3o permitiam que ningu\u00e9m entrasse para se abrigar da tempestade da covid-19.<\/p>\n

Para o Peter Caf\u00e9 Sport, ajudar os \u201caventureiros\u201d n\u00e3o era novidade. Foi um dos alicerces essenciais para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da marca que \u00e9 hoje.<\/p>\n

Assim, quando se deu o confinamento em Mar\u00e7o, os navios come\u00e7aram a n\u00e3o ter a oportunidade de entrar para se abastecer e a partir da\u00ed nasceu o movimento, que ao longo dos meses seguintes ajudaria centenas de barcos na mesmo situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O processo tornou-se bastante simples, ao chegarem ao porto da Horta, os barcos eram inicialmente contactados pelas autoridades locais, onde recebiam uma lista de contactos \u00fateis em terra, que os podiam ajudar no mar. Nesta lista constava o n\u00famero de telefone do caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Henrique Azevedo, Pedro Azevedo, Duarte Pinto e Filipe Goulart foram os impulsionadores do servi\u00e7o a quem os Franceses apelidaram de \u201cLa R\u00e9sistance\u201d.<\/p>\n

A resist\u00eancia atl\u00e2ntica que todos os dias prestou servi\u00e7os de entregas dos mais diversos itens.<\/p>\n

No dia da visita do primeiro barco, haviam regras de prote\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal a serem cumpridas, e essas regras ditavam a prote\u00e7\u00e3o total do corpo, que inclu\u00eda o cabelo.<\/p>\n

Foi a\u00ed que se decidiu a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do famoso gorro.<\/p>\n

O gorro inspirado num farol, tornou-se o s\u00edmbolo deste movimento.<\/p>\n

Em cinco meses de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 um mar aberto de hist\u00f3rias. Foram cerca de 800 os barcos a quem a equipa do Peter estendeu a m\u00e3o. Num dos dias, cerca de 100 embarca\u00e7\u00f5es combinaram um apito que ecoou na cidade inteira, em homenagem \u00e0 \u201cLa R\u00e9sistance\u201d.<\/p>\n

Foram muitas as homenagens prestadas ao servi\u00e7o realizado por os \u201cyellow angels\u201d, e ao staff do Peter Caf\u00e9 Sport que acabou por se juntar quando a demanda do servi\u00e7o se tornou demasiada para apenas quatro pessoas.<\/p>\n

La R\u00e9sistance<\/strong><\/p>\n

When the world shut down in March of 2020, it left “out the door”, all those who ventured into the Atlantic.<\/p>\n

Many of the harbors closed and did not allow anyone to enter to shelter from the covid-19 storm.<\/p>\n

For Peter Caf\u00e9 Sport, helping the “adventurers” was nothing new. It was one of the essential foundations for building the brand it is today.<\/p>\n

So when the confinement took place in March, the ships started to not have the opportunity to get in to refuel, and from there the movement was born, which over the following months would help hundreds of boats in the same situation.<\/p>\n

The process became quite simple, when arriving at the port of Horta, the boats were initially contacted by the local authorities, where they received a list of useful contacts on land, who could help them at sea. In this list was the telephone number of the caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Henrique Azevedo, Pedro Azevedo, Duarte Pinto, and Filipe Goulart were the promoters of this service that the French called “La R\u00e9sistance”.<\/p>\n

The Atlantic resistance that every day provided delivery services of the most diverse items.<\/p>\n

On the day of the visit of the first boat, there were rules to be followed for personal protection, the rules included total body protection, and this involved hair.<\/p>\n

This is when the decision was made to use the famous beanie<\/p>\n

The beanie, inspired by a lighthouse, became the symbol of this movement.<\/p>\n

In five months of operation, there is an open sea of stories. There were about 800 boats that Peter’s team reached out to. On one day, about 100 boats combined to blow a whistle that echoed throughout the city, in honor of “La R\u00e9sistance”.<\/p>\n

There were many tributes paid to the service performed by the “yellow angels”, and to the staff of Peter Caf\u00e9 Sport who eventually joined in when the demand for service became too much for just four people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
